expertise to The Church by charging No Upfront Fees.
In fact, The Church must accept the terms of the lending
institution before our fee is payable. We aim towards
assisting The Church in it's growth, and our fee allows
us to continue offering our services to other Churches
who also prioritize furthering Kingdom Work.
Dickerson
& Associates has contacts experienced in providing
financing programs for Church Related Projects such as
Construction, Renovations, Property Acquisitions, and
Refinancing. The parameters of the loan programs are as
follows:
1. The size of Most projects to be considered range from
a $200,000 Minimum to a Maximum of $25 Million.
2. Interest Rates Are Usually Fixed, can be Indexed to
the National Prime Rate, and are Highly Competitive in
connection with the nature of Church Project Financing.
3. No Personal Guarantors are Necessary! Financial Requirements
are Very Flexible and can be tailored to the needs of
the specific project, the financial ability of The Church,
and the financial plan and vision of The Church Leadership.
4. Loan Terms are usually Ten (10) to Fifteen (15) Years,
Fully Amortized, Requiring a First Mortgage.
5. We return Quick Answers within 48 hours as to whether
or not your Church Financing Project is feasible. Within
five days of our receipt of qualified financial information
from The Church, we can have a Letter of Intent issued
to affirm our desire to finance your Church Project.
6. Absolutely No Advanced Fees Are Payable. The
Only fees charged by Dickerson & Associates
will be a fair and competitive financing fee paid After
we have received approval of your funding from the financing
company And you have given the go ahead.
After
a careful analysis to determine the Amount and Type of
Financing best suited to the needs of The Church, our
next responsibility is to educate The Church Leadership
in detail about their options regarding a Church Financing
Program. If The Church Leadership is ready to proceed,
we prepare a Financing Package. The Financing Package
is sent to Commercial Lending Institutions and Investment
Banks with whom Dickerson & Associates has
relationships. The goal is to receive a Letter of Commitment
or a Letter of Underwriting which includes the terms of
the proposed loan. Your
